    1. JOIN PROGRAM

    If you haven't already, sign up for a customer account on our website here. Then, once logged in, click the red coloured U Rewards Panel located in the bottom left corner of the desktop screen and right corner of mobile. 

     

    2. EARN POINTS

    There are multiple ways to earn points for different actions, and turn those Points into awesome rewards! All rewards are shown in the image above and in your personal Rewards Panel. When you achieve a reward it will appear faded in your panel.

     

    3. REDEEM POINTS

    Once you have earned enough points to receive a discount code your Rewards Panel with display a 'Redeem' button to generate a discount code to use across our website on your next purchase. Until that point, potential rewards will display a progress bar

    HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
    Log in to your customer account on our website by clicking the customer icon on the top right on our desktop site or 'log in' link on the mobile site menu. Then, open the red URewards panel in the bottom right of your screen. Your points will be displayed there!
    HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS
    Log in to your account as detailed above. Once logged in to the panel,
    click 'All rewards'.
    If you have enough points to redeem a reward there will be a button with 'redeem' displayed. Click this to get your discount code. If you don't yet have enough points to redeem a reward, the panel will instead display a progress bar
    DO I EARN POINTS ON THE FULL ORDER VALUE?
    You will earn points on the order value less sales taxes and shipping
    DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
    No your points do not expire.
    HOW DO I CREATE MY REFERRAL CODE?
     Log in to your customer account and open the rewards panel as detailed above. Scroll down to the 'Refer a friend' section then copy and paste your unique referral code to share with friends. Once your friend clicks the link, they will receive a $10 discount code instantly. When they redeem this code on their first order we will send you a $10 code to say Thanks! 
    CAN I USE THESE REWARDS WITH OTHER DISCOUNTS?
    You may only use 1 discount per order. For example, you cannot use both a referral discount code and a URewards discount code. We only allow one discount code per purchase.
    CAN I EARN POINTS ON GIFT CARD PURCHASE?
    You will not earn points on the purchase of a gift card. However, if you are the recipient of a gift card you will receive points on purchases made using that gift card. This is done to prevent points from being awarded twice during the gift card purchase process.
    HOW DO I EARN BIRTHDAY POINTS?
    Add your birth date to the Rewards panel at least one month before your birthday and we will automatically award you 200 points on your birthday!
